A stroll through Bologna’s green heart begins at Giardini Margherita, where shady avenues, open lawns, and a small lake create a lively yet relaxing atmosphere. From there, the climb to San Michele in Bosco rewards you with one of the city’s most beautiful panoramic views, stretching across Bologna’s red rooftops to the distant hills.
Continuing into Parco Villa Ghigi, the city gradually gives way to meadows, orchards, and woodland paths. Here, birdsong replaces traffic, and the peaceful countryside offers a perfect escape while keeping Bologna’s skyline in sight.
Meeting Point: At Porta San Mamolo in front of "Osteria il Moretto"
